When I first had my Note20 Ultra I saw there was a thin plastic covering on the screen and peeled it off. This seemed normal as most items have a film over them to keep them factory fresh. However are you saying there is also a screen protector (UK purchase) as I purchased a ESR glass protector and am having problems with the fingerprint reader. This now has a small crack in it and needs replacing so I was hoping to buy something more compatible with the finger print reader , but do not want to remove it until I have another protector or confirmation there is a factory fitted one in place already. I can only feel one protector so am dubious of there being one already in place.
