Unfortunately samsung has yet again failed in taking care of their customers. I preordered note20ultra 5g never got e-voucher after 2months I contact samsung and I get an e-voucher to use within less than 24hrs because I was unavailable during the e-voucher time frame it expired. I call samsung customer support 4 times in the morning only to be cut off 4 times, eventually get them on the phone in the afternoon after waiting 10mins only to be told sorry 😞 yh those e-voucher are gone no more replacements.

Definitely lost a customer 😒 and trust me I will spread the word joke of a customer support.

scamsung are gone awful, they have your money they don't care, im done with them too after this contract

I was told the complete wrong information by Samsung and then they turned around and said I was ineligible for the promotion because they told me the wrong steps. absolute joke
