I purchased 2 Galaxy Note Ultras for my wife and I on Aug 31st, 2020. My wifes was delivered 4 days later and mine was delivered 9 days later. I was able to redeem the buds for my wifes phone, however when I registered my phone the promotion wasn't there anymore. I got on the chat with a Samsung representative and "Harry" was very rude and would not do anything to assist me in receiving what I am entitled to. I understand that the promotion may have ended without notice, but the issue is prior to purchasing the phone I called Samsung to ensure I would receive the buds knowing that the phones wouldn't be delivered for 5 to 10 days. The Samsung rep indicated that I had until the end of September to redeem the buds but now they will not honor them.

I purchased a range on 10-8-2020 because of an stainless steel back guard promo. It has been 5 months and I have not received it. I use to get emails after numerous calls to the customer service number (worthless by the way), saying they apologize for the delay. I do not even receive those now. The promo was a scam. I will have to explore other options to get Samsung to honor their deal
Samsung has some serious problems with it's promotions division not being able to process promised promotions. If anyone is making a decision as to whether to buy a product from Samsung based on the rebate don't buy it. Samsung has had a great reputation till now, looks like they are going the way of Nokia.
