Samsung note 20 ultra - Headphone not workiny

Hi guys. My headphones are not being recognised when plugged into usb-c. If I play music it plays it via smartphone speakers instead of the headset.

I have tried a few YouTube solutions however none has worked. Can I ask if anyone has been through this and how they resolved it.

I havealready reset phone and also toggled the audio routing however no result.

Hi, are you using any adapter to use a jack or if usbc connection are you using a DAC? https://www.androidcentral.com/usb-c-audio

I am using the headset that came with the device (AKG headset) connecting it directly into usb-c
