I brought new Samsung Note 20 5G 2 days before.
The phone is heating up very fast.
Very Difficult to make voice calls and place the phone on your ears while calling.
Has visited 5 Samsung service Centers in Dubai.
But got diversions/justification from everywhere no solution.
Got no response/solutions from anybody
Now I fear I need to live with this phone which is heating up often.
May be I need to carry my headphone always with me to use this wonderful device.
Has requested for replacement; No response.
Would suggest better not to buy this phone.
Feel Samsung has made a mistake in the design and trying to cover up.

If you look in your Device Care settings and then battery does it show as something similar to optimising ?
This is the phone still setting up and learning your usage patterns etc. It'll change status when that's completed which can take a few days.
Also the phone will warm up when it's being set up with back ups and new information keyed into it. The processor is working hard.
If it does not settle then have it swapped out under any relevant Cooling Off Period.
