Samsung lied about promo

I pre-ordered the Note 20 Ultra. I completed the promotion application as requested and within time. I have had No reply after 5 weeks so I contacted Samsung. They emailed me back saying my order was cancelled without any explanation or notification!

 

Now they say I cannot get any ear buds because the promo has expired, even though I ordered in time. 

 

After complaining, Samsung has offered me £50 voucher to compensate!!! How ridiculous!

 

I will never be purchasing Samsung again!

I received them but I had trouble getting them because they didn't send me the e voucher code but the resolved it and I got them today

notepreorder@samsungpromotions.claims <----- this was the one I emailed with the note 20 but best thing to do if you ain't sure is ring Samsung and explain the situation and they can guide you the steps

I preoder my note 20 ultra on the 18th August, apply for for free buds live got it within 3 weeks even though they said within 48 days no complaints for me at all,
