I've had a similar issue like this before. I had to get onto my network provider as its likely a network problem.
Does this happen in one area, or anywhere you go?
My network provider had to send me a new SIM card in the end.
May also be worth seeing if your network settings are correct.
One other thing is, some phone cases or building structures will affect your phone signal.
