It is not a good experience for me with Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Got the new phone on Friday and I have used it for only two hours and it started rebooting itself intermittently. I have been unable to use it since then, worse still, it won't turn off.
That's not good @Razaq
Did you use a back up from your previous phone to move your info across ?
Or Smartswitch ?
What happens if you long press the power button ?
You could try a hard reset but this is akin to a factory reset so can delete your info.
Current Phone ~
Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G SM-N9860_256Gb SnapDragon 865+
Samsung One Ui 3.1/ Android 11.
Exactly the same experience with rebooting, but was able to manually restart. However haven't been able to sort out so reluctantly returning to Samsung store for a full refund.
My phone is about 6 months old and has starting rebooting itself over the last two weeks. today alone, it has rebooted about 4 times, inlcuding whilst on a call. still under warranty so shall I request a new one? Thank you.
