When I purchased this phone from ee Samsung had a promotion for free ear buds which I was to apply for so I followed the procedure to get them they never sent them out because they said they sent me an email which they clearly didn't as I never received it I have argued this point umpteen times now but no result from Samsung so I will no longer be buying any more Samsung products from now on as I deemed this as false advertising by Samsung there ripping people off I have spent thousands off £s on there products but never again thanks for nothing Samsung you have been warned
