Galaxy Note20 SeriesHi
,
I got Samsung duo charger EP-P5200 - when connecting to power adapter, charger is simply blinking orange and not charging my watch or my phone. Previously it used to work just fine but since last couple of days it is behaving like this, I’ve changed cable as well as another adapter but its not helping with either. Anyone know solution to this problem or way to reset the duo charger.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesWell I’m using the charger that came with the duo and it was working fine for last 6 months, but now it is showing this flashing orange light, and this is happening as soon as duo charger is connected with the adabter. When you put phone or watch on it, it is not charging either of them.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesMaybe this will help some people...
I had the same problem after the EP-TA300 (= the original power adapter for my EP-P5200 charger) died. I tried several third party power adapters i had lying around and even bought an Anker Nano Pro -> but none worked. The Charger was always blinking orange.
According to its label the EP-P5200 needs a power adapter which can deliver 12V/2.1A. So i bought an EP-T4510 directly from Samsung (which should be able to deliver more than 12V/2.1A)... but it didn't work either!
Since there are no EP-TA300 adapters available out there, i bought a used EP-TA845 power adapter as a last desperate attempt. And IT WORKS!!! I don't know how or why it works, since it is a very similar adapter to the EP-T4510... according to its specs - but: it does work.
There are certainly more power adapters i don't know of out there, which will work with the EP-P5200 charger (maybe the EP-TA800 will work too??? i'm not sure -> a compatibility list would be great). But the EP-TA845 definitely does work!

Galaxy Note20 SeriesHi hobbykink...
Here are some photos 👍 :
I bought it as an used original one on eBay. But looking at the spacing on the SAMSUNG printing (and considering: the 'A' does not quite look like the original): it could be counterfeit 🤔🙈 .
I tested another EP-TA845 from a friend of mine -> which worked too. So maybe both are counterfeit(!?)... or one is an original one and the other one is counterfeit(!?)... or both are original ones(!?) - i don't know.
I would have loved to buy an original one directly from SAMSUNG. But they don't sell them anymore. That's why i bought a EP-T4510 from the SAMSUNG online shop (because it has almost identical specs to the EP-TA845). But sadly the EP-T4510 didn't work with my EP-P5200. So i had to send it back.
I bought a UGREEN DigiNest Cube a couple of weeks ago (for a different usage):
https://eu.ugreen.com/collections/gan-chargers/products/ugreen-65w-power-strip-diginest-cube-gan-ext...
... and was partially successful getting it to work with my EP-P5200. Most of the time it did not work. But sometimes (after a couple of red/green/yellow cycles and reconnect trials) it worked 😲 .
Afaik the power supply has to support SAMSUNGs adaptive charging protocol and has to be able to deliver at least 12V/2.1A (= 25,2W... so the EP-TA300 with its 25W seemed to be the bare minimum 🤔).
But it's hard to tell which power supply properly(!) supports this protocol (while being able to deliver the needed wattage) without testing 😒. The Anker Nano Pro and the UGREEN DigiNest Cube mention their support for the protocol in their specs and both seem(!!!) to be able to deliver enough power - but both are not usable 🙄 . The same with SAMSUNGs own power supplys: the EP-TA845 and the EP-T4510 seem to be pretty similar - but one does work with the EP-P5200 and the other one won't. It's very frustrating...
