Galaxy Note20 SeriesI was waiting for the voucher code when i claimed my pre-order rewards, but did not receive any e-mails saying confirming my code. I thought that I just need to be patient and wait for my galaxy buds live+ to arrive. It has been way past 30 days and I still was not able to receive my reward.
I reached out to Samsung and they said the e-mail was sent on 24/08/2020, so I go through all my e-mails within my inbox and junk folders but nothing was found.
How do I go about this problem?

Galaxy Note20 SeriesYou will need to go back to the support desk and advise them you haven't received the email they have stated was sent and ask them what your options are @ImbaOne
