@V01untArYone: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. If you run your finger over the affected areas of the screen, does the issue persist? Also, if you head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Touch Screen, and run through the test here, does this return any errors? If so then please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, and an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange any necessary repairs.
