Ringtone volume

Does anyone know why my ringtone volume keeps turning itself down? Happens very regularly, before and after latest update also.

Try below

Go Settings
Sounds and vibration
Volume
Adjust Volume settings

Then go Settings.
Tap on Accessibility.
Tap on Hearing.
Tap on the Mono audio option to toggle it on.

@Grayarooney: It might also be worth checking to see if you have a Bixby routine set up to lower your ringtone volume under certain conditions e.g. when connecting a set of headphones.

Settings > Advanced features > Bixby Routines
