Restart issue

Guys i need your help 

It's a third post for me here about my problem

I have note 20 5g (sm n981b)

My phone sometimes freezing and after this restarting by itself

And sometimes restarting itself when i'm never use it

This issue make me disspointed 

Samsung never had a really solution for this issue 

All costumer servise said " make auto restart off , reset your phone "

I did all of these and never change 

What should i do to get a really help and know about this issue?

If someone here had a restart issue in his phone and resolved plz tell me what should i do ?

Possibly a bad app
Uninstall apps you don't need

Check battery not loose

Check for malware
Use malwarebytes

Or you could restart your phone in "Safe Mode." (look this up on YouTube) This stars your phone up with ONLY apps that came with the phone. If nothing happens, e. g. Restart or crash, then it will be one of the apps that you installed.

It's restarting on safe mode!

When finished, just restart your phone as normal.

I'm scaning my apps and my files and it's found nothing 

And it show me " your phone safe "

On the app
Device care
Click to open the app
Then click on the
Three horizontal Buttons
Then automation
And check
Automise daily is off
And auto set times is off

Ok auto restart set times was off

But auto optimize daily was on

Now i make it off and i'll see it will resolve or not

Never changes 

Have another solution?

I bought it from less than month and it's restarting from the first time
