Hi, I have issues with the read reciept not working. The correct settings are on, but it won't work. In the past, clearing the cache worked about 50/50. But yet again, nothing is working. I restarted the app, restarted my phone, checked the update, turned the advanced messages off then on again. That didn't work. My daughter did the same thing to see if it was her phone too, no luck.
Is there a way to make it work again? Why does it stop randomly? Isn't there a way to ensure that this bug can be fixed for good?
