Random restart

My note 20 5g freezing and after that it restarting by itself

I've tried everything and nothing help

How can i know the reason for this problem?

And if someone fixed this problem...

What i can do?

Hello,
Please go to ur settings and click on battery and device care and on the right hand side on the top click on the 3 dot's and click on the option automation and see if the auto restart at set time is on, if so please turn off as u won't need it.

And i resting my phone two times and not solved

Can you help me i need to know this is a hardware issue or software issue?

If this happened after ur software update then its the update issue and if it didn't happen after update then its hardware issue.

@Omar Longa: Is the issue occurring while you're using a particular app or feature, or is it random? Can you try restarting the phone in Safe Mode and monitor the performance for a few hours, depending on the frequency of the error. If you notice an improvement, restart the phone as you would normally and delete any recently installed third party apps. 

To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.

Today I entered to the safe mode and after an hour or less it's restarting by itself again

If still restarts
When you are in safe mode

Could be a stuck or malfunctioning button.

Remove any case cover from your phone

Check the power
Is button is not stuck.
