I'm trying to pair my Note20 Ultra 5G (GKMSP) with my laptop (GKMLT) via bluetooth. I confirm the pairing code matches and my PC tells me it connected successfully to "unknown device" while my phone just says it "couldn't connect".
I've checked it and my laptop has a "Realtek Bluetooth 5 Adapter" on the Device Manager list, so it should be compatible, I suppose.
