How do I obtain my FREE promotional gift from Samsumg Members, if I cannot download a e-voucher?
Purchased the NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G thru Telus Canada, and during August and September 2020 - Samsung Members supposed to receive promotional gift - Galaxy Buds and Wireless charger.
Still trying to sort this out thru Samsung Members. Did not see e voucher or samsung banner during these months thru Samsung Member app. Telus does confirm I should receive my gifts.
How do I get them now?
