Pre-Ordered Samsung Note 20 Ultra

I pre-ordered a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and paid for it via Samsung website but I do not see the order in my account when I went to check to see when they are going to start shipping. Is it normal for a pre-order to not show up in your Samsung account?

wouldn't worry too much, mine doesn't show either.

as long as you can see the order in 'track order' by putting in order no. , postcode etc. then it's fine.
