Mine is different, this has now disappeared, did you get the new emails from DPD and Samsung confirming the new delivery date

Specially as when i asked to cancel the delivery so i can just buy it from a store today they said i need to return the buds. 

 

The same buds i would have got for free pre ordering from any other company that would have actually delivered on time and not been totally useless.

I don't think the Samsung Experience Store were offering the pre order Buds Live.

 

I think they were offering a Trade In of your old phone.

 

This is why I allotted to buy online instead of in my local Samsung Experience Store.

2 separate note 20 ultra orders that wont be here today and should have been.

 

Samsung have messed it up for me this time.

My note 20 Ultra wasn't delivered this morning as per the pre 10.30am paid timeslot and it looks like it wont come today at all.

 

I need to cancel the order alltogether now due to this but cannot get hold of samsung via phone or webchat, does anyone have an email address for them that can be used?

i tried calling samsung for over 3 hrs pre-ordered note 20 ultra for today 21st got an email to say it will be delivered 24th total joke ... eventually managed to get hold of some1 got brushed with excuses and offered £10 voucher instantly over the phone ... they told me it will be with me in seconds OF COURSE AN OTHER LIE bean samsung customer for 10years i can't believe that's how they reward my loyalty
