Poor quality photo

I feel like the quality photo and video of Note 20 Ultra is poor after the software update.... I tried to share it via WhatsApp, IG and others media... the same... It was fine and love the quality... but now just really poor.... I am not sure whether it's the camera setting or software update... can someone give any advice please

Not sure what would have changed Tobe honest but try Open Camera from Google Play. Enable API2 mode if you want to save RAW images too. It's a feature rich app that is free to use, you can always donate to the author though if you appreciate his work

Are you referring to the quality after being uploaded to IG etc?  Did you know they compress the photos hence poor results?
