Anyone struggling with their note20 ultra, mine seems to be struggling, I have 4g, sometime won't connect for phone calls, or they can't hear me, takes forever to load some apps, not the same apps, I restarted the phone earlier today, and it took awhile for it to load up, then showed the optimising apps cogs, last update was on the 24th of march, not sure what to do, never had this problem with my Google pixel 2xl, don't want to factory reset, and also sometimes I get private DNS not available, not sure what it is

> Last resort is to back up and factory reset.
