Galaxy Note20 SeriesAre you seeing a pop up saying your phone is overheating @cayita ?
Or is your phone showing warmth at the top half of the phone ?
Is this perhaps when using the camera ?
Can you confirm if you have the Exynos chipset or Snapdragon varient ?

Galaxy Note20 SeriesGoing from my own personal experiences and that of reading from other people's experiences the phone will warm up when initially setting up the phone and uploading back up's as the phone is working intensely to index all this information.
It's pushing the phones soc and battery etc while its doing all of this @cayita
This has happened both on my Snapdragon and Exynos N20 Ultra.
The phone will cool down once all the indexing and updating has completed in my experience.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesYou're very welcome @cayita
To add.
A phone is really only overheating if you get a warning pop up message saying so or the phone shuts itself down.
A phone will warm up when it's being used for something intensive.
In that case the cooling system inside is doing it's job by directing the heat away from the chip to the outside to dissipate.
Also for some extended use of the camera can cause warmth too.
Let us know how you get on.
Hooe you enjoy your new phone.
