It is for while when OneUI 4 users can play with UI, themes, keyboards, lock screen etc. I read long time ago with new update people can use Icon packs from Play Store. And I decided to try. I'm so happy it really works with my favorite icon pack. Here is result. Yes need some improvements (icon size, space) but this is what we been waiting for so long.
