The finished software was released last week, I'm not sure what the roll out is like, but if you've not had it yet, you'll get it very soon

Sorry I missed the note part, the normally galaxy beta is finished, the note beta 4 should be any day now.

That's OK. It's out for Exynos, USA and Korean models but not for the Hong Kong variant.
