Old charges

I had a note 8 before I got my note 20 ultra and I am wondering if I can still use the note 8 charger with my note 20 ultra?

Better to use your charger that came with your Ulltra 20.

What about using a different type c to type c cable?

It would probably work. I have read that one should always use the original. Maybe someone else could shed some light on this.

Look at the information on the charging brick that came with the Note 8 and then the one with the Note 20 to check the voltage etc @Aj0000 

Personally I use Samsung Wireless Pads and Desktop Chargers.

I prefer them over plugging my phone in.

I cap off my phone's charger port with...

 And use

Amongst other Samsung Wireless Chargers and pads I've bought over time.

the Note20 ultra charger will be a super fast charger. I'm pretty certain the Note 8 is a standard fast charger... you would be better off using the newer charger for fast speed.
