You need support from Oakleu but from what I've read it's non-existent. It also appears support has been dropped. Check this out Oakley Radar Pace Problems: connected (no media) | Oakley Forum

Works on s8+ just not note 20 ultra

Different Android versions are the issue because Oakley glasses are problematical with later versions explained in the link.
