How do I get the black hole notification around the front camera to flash intermittently when the screen is off on a note 20 ultra?

From Settings, search for and select Edge lighting, and then tap Lighting style. Or, you can tap EdgeLighting + directly from your Apps screen.

Tap Effect (in the bottom right corner), scroll all the way to left, and select Black hole. Once selected, tap Color, and select your desired color; you can choose between a preset or custom color. Then, tap Duration, and then select one of the three settings available. Finally, tap Done when finished.

Note: Edge lighting needs to be activated to use EdgeLighting +. Make sure to adjust its settings and compatible apps, so you can receive notifications.
