Note20 Ultra 5G stopped ringing

After last update (android 11, one UI 3.0) all notifications and sounds work except for incoming calls ringtones. Tried everything. I can hear the sound when browsing library. Both speakers are fine. Screen lights up normally when receiving call and no sound..

Just as one of the first steps @Tosuia please go into Settings,  Apps, Phone and Storage and clear cache.

Sorted now. Eset app was the reason. All back to normal. Thanks anyway
