Note20 pre-order: Xbox Game Pass Promotion

Has anybody who got the xbox controller with their note 20 had the game pass 3 months free play through via email yet?

Think it's going live on the 15th?

I received the controller end of September but up to today (October 26, 2020), I still have NOT received the XBox Game Pass voucher. The controller is therefore useless as no other Google Play games recognize this controller on my Note 20 Ultra. Feels like I have been completely scammed

I have received controller and charger, but have not yet received a code for above.

Note 20 Ultra purchased.

I have tried calling helpline but no avail.

Anyone have same issue?
