Samsung say its Microsoft, Microsoft say its Samsung. Its an absolute joke. Talk to an agent for longer than a minute and you'll realise that they don't actually know and just try and fob you off.

Last I've heard is that Microsoft are having issues getting the passes emailed to people.... Doesn't surprise me..
I used to work for MS many years ago...

My guess is that Microsoft needs to generate the passes first, if they then go out directly or through Samsung I have no idea about.
