Note 20 ultra

Hi everyone, I've recently upgraded my s8 to a note 20 ultra, I love the phone but there are a couple of issue's that I can't sort. Firstly I haven't got the WiFi calling option which I had on my s8 which I needed for taking/receiving call's at home as reception is poor, I'm with Vodafone and they have WiFi calling but it's just not on my phone to enable it. Secondly my alarm tone doesn't change I set different one's and it keep's playing one that I've not set. Any help would be great 👍

if it's not there then go to your normal settings go to connections and it should be there in connections

Hi thanks for trying to help, the option for wifi calling isn't there for me to use .

that is very strange has your phone recently updated to one UI 3.0

Just had a look at that and again there is no option for it

is it in your quick panel Have you checked there

It did a few updates when I first got it

yes I've checked there as well

I went to my developer options in the search on the right-hand side presser and typing Wi-Fi calling should pull it up
