Hello everybody hope yall are having a great day

So have a note 20 U and started having this weird bug that looks like the phone is touching the screen by itself and it doesnt let me do anything, the only way to fix it is to work with S pen and it has started happening yesterday when I was playing with my friend

I rebooted the phone it seems ok but it still looks like Im not able to type correctly, the touch screen doesnt pick up what I'm going to write right now and jumps back a few words or letters. Anyone knows whats happening to my phone? Its not even a month that I've bought it.

Hello @Pedram_Am

As a 1st step troubleshooting tip can you put your phone into Safe Mode and then see what happens.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I even factory reset my phone and the problem came back not so long after it seems like the phone is touching its screen hundreds of times in a few seconds and right now I'm writing with my S-pen to stop that problem from happening It still happens eventhough I'm using S_pen I hope that it can be fixed as soon as possible cause it seems impossible to work with using my fingers.
