Samsung customer services is absolutely disgusting.
I have been trying to get my xbox package since the 16th of September and so far have only been able to get the controller.
I have called multiple times to try and track down my wireless charger and xbox games pass only to be fobbed off with a dozen different excuses, emails that don't work, phone numbers that aren't recognised.
Does anyone have a reliable contact number or email for someone who can actually do the job they were employed todo?
i recently had a new s20 that is supposed to come with a free Samsung active watch and all im getting is emails saying we need more information/ information missing and when I go on to track and complete its the same information ive already sent absolute joke. they wasn't messing around when I ordered the phone
