Hey,

Who has managed to successfully claim their gift? 
Samsung customer services is absolutely disgusting. 
I have been trying to get my xbox package since the 16th of September and so far have only been able to get the controller.

I have called multiple times to try and track down my wireless charger and xbox games pass only to be fobbed off with a dozen different excuses, emails that don't work, phone numbers that aren't recognised. 

Does anyone have a reliable contact number or email for someone who can actually do the job they were employed todo?

When I pre ordered the Note 20 Ultra in the UK from Samsung UK part of the ordering process was to choose which free item I wanted. The Buds Live followed by courier a few days after the phone was delivered.

Hi, yes I'm from the UK.

I have my claim ID and voucher code but their system had an issue were by it wasn't including the wireless charger as part of the promotional deal so I called them and they did it over the phone but as expected, only the controller arrived.

I've got the pad and clip for the phone, the charger, but I've not had the xbox game pass yet. I've messaged a few times but I get the same response back. it will be emailed to me after the 15th September.. Still no email with the code....

by the looks of things everyone has been given the buds, controller and charger without any real problems. The main issue is the game pass. everyone was promised to gave this on the 15th of September via email or atleast 24 hours after claiming it after the 15th. Very few People seem to have been given this. I've personally contacted Samsung rewards and was told its an issue with Microsoft. they also said I'd have the pass by the end of the week (that would have been last Sunday, nearly a week ago). some people seem to think we may be waiting 45 days post 15th of September though I've been through the terms and cannot see where it says this. Some people have even commented that they've contacted trading standards and they have confirmed samsung have actually gone against contract. Despite this, some people have said this to the samsing people on the phone and appear to have been laughed at by saying this giving them the then quote of 45 days post 15th of Sept. So who knows!! I keep checking these posts daily and continue to see the same thing. I've seen some people say they have it but it looks like they've gone for the 1 quid month pass which then means their 3 month pass won't work as they will no longer be new members. Despite what some people have said on these forums it does actually confirm this in the terms and conditions

When I applied my voucher code it was discounting the price of the controller but was wanting me to pay for the wireless charger, when I spoke to them on the phone the confirmed it was a system error and by having them place it on the phone then it would go through without any issue. Turns out that was a lie.

I know several people who are having issues with getting their ear buds, mainly due to Samsung not confirming their proof of purchase and issuing the voucher code.

Their customer service is disgusting, none of them have the same instructions.
I have considered contacting trading standards but I don't see what use that will do.

Been a customer for over 10 years and this has really put me off further purchases.

Ps. I was told codes were being sent out daily for xbox from the 15th onwards.
