note 20 ultra one ui4 proble

nothing but trouble since i joined the beta for ONE UI4

the phone restarts every 5 minutes and now the sound is disabled and the downgrade via the smart switch pc app just isnt working at all it just hangs when you set it going

i did get the sound back wheni factory reset the phone but when i restored the call log messages and setting it buggered up again.

is there any other way of downgrading

Issues with my S21 Ultra since the UI4 upgrade too buddy. Screen no longer rotating. Clipboard missing. Submit an error report to Samsung via this app and wait for their engineers to advise.

Try posting in the Beta feedback forum for support. It is monitored by Samsung and hopefully can give some help.
