Anyone else really struggling to get any support or help from Samsung!
I rate them a 0 when you have an issue with your product Samsung will do NOTHING to help. Warranty... what warranty
I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G
I got it at the end of October 20 and on the 15th Jan it just stopped working.
I tried 4 or 5 different ways to get through to someone. Tried the support chat, requested a call back, tried to book in a video support call. Nothing. Eventually I got through but only when transferred by my network provider.
During the call and they "said" they'd booked in an engineer to come out and fix it.
2 weeks, 7 phone calls and 3 complaints later they still hadn't booked it in. I then had to arrange this repair myself with "WeFix" as Samsung were clearly incompetent. Still nothing done with my complaints either and no one had called me back as promised.
3 engineer visits later, and 4 cancelled engineers visits, my phone still is unusable, AND they've scratched my £1200 phone and will not replace it.
I've now not been able to use my phone for longer than I have been able to use it
Apple would have replaced this on the 1st day.
Samsung have left me to try to sort it myself, and after over a month still refuse to replace it and clearly can't fix a 3 month old £1200 phone!!!! DISGRACEFUL... Oh, and they haven't even offered a cover phone whilst my £1200 phone won't even turn on!!!!!
They have said it needs a new motherboard but after my 3rd engineer visit it clearly can't be because he handed it me back still broken
Gets stuck on the start up screen and then freezes
Anyone with similar issues?

I've not had issues in relation to a broken phone but I did have major issues with acquiring a refund on a N20 Ultra I sent back to Samsung UK.
After 30+ emails and a couple of phone calls I ended up having to seek out the CEO Contact Us page, and escalate it this way.
The refund happened days after sending this but it shouldn't have had to go to that level in my opinion.
Also check out the consumer-rights-act 2015 as to where you stand.
I wish you all the best with this.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Had the same issue with my Note20 , the phone was perfect for exactly a year , then my phone froze (Note- phone was handled with care and was never dropped/ or left out for overnight charging etc.) . Upon speaking to a representative at the Samsung store they mentioned i needed a new motherboard and that Samsung will not cover the costs since I was past the warranty period (by few weeks), I get the whole “warranty scheme” is for a year can’t do anything if past the period but buying a “flagship” high end phone at the time to watch it fail in a year is just simply pathetic in my opinion so opted out for an Apple product.

That's very strange, @Anon_Joe. Our warranty for smartphones is actually 24 months from the date of purchase:

I appreciate that you have now purchased a different phone. So that I can guide you on this, however, please can you let me know when you purchased your Note20 and where you are based?
