note 20 ultra internal storage

Hi,  my phone is telling me I have used 99% of the 256gb, it's showing 195gb in audio but I can not find this amount of audio anywhere, which makes me think it might be a fault. My audio file is showing 18.91mb!

Has this happened to anyone else and/or do you have any suggestions how I can fix it?

No this hasn't happened to my N20 Ultra.

Are you looking in your myfiles section ?

 

Where files can be checked and deleted.

One extreme option could be to back up and factory reset after backing up and removing any relevant sd card.

Also hooking upto a computer and removing files that way.

For example i use a MBA so use Android Transfer.

I'm trying to avoid a factory reset but think it may come to this. yes I've been in my files selection and can't find anything. it's so strange 😕
not heard of MBA but will look in to it....thanks
showing 195gb in audio, my files it showing 0 items in everything other than WhatsApp which has 18.91mb. think I might take it in to the shop as a last resort before factory reset. 😒
