Hello!
I've upgraded to the note 20 ultra from a galaxy s8+. I've noticed that whenever I'm watching a video through a Web browsers the blacks appear more grey and the colour looks like the saturation has been dropped.
Now for the strange bit, if I turn the volume up or down it causes the saturation to come back and the blacks appear black and the colours pop, only whilst the volume notification is present on the screen, the image returns to its greyed out when it dissappear again.
I've done some image comparison against my old phone and an iPhone 12 and the image on my note is definitely lacking saturation or has the shadows slider turned up when playing any videos.
I've tried video playback through; Netflix, youtube app, YouTube via browsers, prime video and Disney plus. The image issue is consistent but only dissappears temporarily whilst a notification is on screen when using a browser.
I've changed the screen resolution, refresh rate, video enhancement, both vivid and natural colour selections and nothing has changed it.
I've also factory booted the phone and forced resets, the issue remains.
If anyone has an advice on how to solve this it would be greatly appreciated!
