Sine last update network is dropping every call, and 4g 5g connection is the worst,

When I want to call some one it take too much time to start calling him. And that also happened when I reply to any calls its not starting directly.

During the call voice is not clear and it's going and coming back

Internet is v bad drops and slow

Hi @Mustaphaa, firstly, restart your phone, take the SIM out of your Note20 Ultra, wipe it and put it back in. Also, make sure that your phone is up to date with the latest software: Settings > Software Update > Download and install. Afterwards, try the SIM in another phone to check whether it works better. If you have another SIM, try this in your device. Does the signal improve?

It would be best also to contact your network provider to check whether there are any blocks/restrictions on your account, whether there is any network maintenance in the area or whether the Carrier Settings on your device needs updating.

Hi @Mustaphaa

Try going into the connections settings and choose another available Network and then re choose yours which can help to refresh it.

Send Samsung a bug report  / feedback via your Samsung Members App if this continues after all the suggested troubleshooting tips mentioned here and via a Google search too.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I'm having the same problem.  I've reset the network (per the carrier instructions), i've reset the phone to factory defaults, and i've even had the phone replaced.  This is a big problem.

I've turned of 5G and tried to force it to 4G, as well as tried to use WiFi calling, but you can't use WiFi when driving, so that's not a viable solution.  Has Samsung acknowledged this problem yet?
