Note 20 Ultra Battery

I recently got the Note 20 Ultra and im thinking about sending it back and finally moving on to an iphone, the amount of problems this phone had given me are immense, and i really need some help fixing these if possible, first of all whenever my phone is at about 10%-15% charge, i put it on charging and 90% of the time when i connect the charger it just says Super Fast Charger Connected, but it doesnt charge the phone, it charges Extremely slowly im talking 2-3% every 45 minutes, but i've noticed when it says Super Fast Charger Connected (53 Mins Remaining) this is just an example of what it says, the phone charges normally. Please someone help me as i love the phone but the battery and this problems is giving me alot of stress as i dont want my £1300 to go down the drain. I've tried updating the phone, changing the charging cable, just waiting for the adapter in amazon to arrive

I got my note20 ultra less than a month ago and to be fair o don't have that issue with charging the phone... the only thing I noticed was that the phone at 120 hz my screen froze at times, I don't know if there's some issues with the flagship but overall I love the phone

Are you able to wireless chargers to see what happens then and keep try another official Samsung cable and power brick.

Check there's no debris inside the charging port with a torch.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

Turn the option 'Fast Charging' on and off, see if that helps
