Galaxy Note20 SeriesIf a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On does not help then try the rest option for your keyboard @Neill357
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI am having the same issue and it renders the phone unusable - all of the far right QWERTY keys keep getting pressed "0,P,L,M" - This happens with the stock Samsung keyboard as well as SwiftKey. It also happened before and after I installed the software update, before and after I reset all settings, etc.
I called support and they tried to troubleshoot and they think it is a hardware or OS issue.
I am going to exchange the phone today

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI have this same problem on my device. It randomly sends L&P when i'm nowhere near those letters.
Of course this happened over 15 days since it was delivered, but just barely, so I'm stuck dealing with Asurion. The Samsung Care+ process is a completely joke. Spent $1400 on a phone, but they want everything up to my first born son to send me a replacement... What a great experience... Wish I stayed on iPhone.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI got my replacement phone, and it has the same exact issue... I gave up on this and told samsung/asurion to refund everything and take back both phones. Samsung would not admit a display/edge/keyboard issue or if they were working on any kind of fix. Extremely disappointing for such a high end device. Back to apple for me.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesSince you're sending both phones back, my question is academic.
Did you remove the factory installed screen protector or not?
I'm now on my second Note 20 Ultra, I returned my first one because Vodafone offered a price that was €215 less than that of Samsung.
I had no issues regarding typing with either phone though I removed both factory installed screens.
