Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue I'm having. When I type on my Note 20 Ultra it adds the letter "l" randomly. Even if I'm touching the opposite side of keyboard.

If a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On does not help then try the rest option for your keyboard @Neill357

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Same thing with mine it hits p also as well as l so must be some reason that side is being pressed.have you resolved the issue?

I am having the same issue and it renders the phone unusable - all of the far right QWERTY keys keep getting pressed "0,P,L,M"  - This happens with the stock Samsung keyboard as well as SwiftKey.  It also happened before and after I installed the software update, before and after I reset all settings, etc.

I called support and they tried to troubleshoot and they think it is a hardware or OS issue.

I am going to exchange the phone today

I have this same problem on my device. It randomly sends L&P when i'm nowhere near those letters.

Of course this happened over 15 days since it was delivered, but just barely, so I'm stuck dealing with Asurion. The Samsung Care+ process is a completely joke. Spent $1400 on a phone, but they want everything up to my first born son to send me a replacement... What  a great experience... Wish I stayed on iPhone.

So a quick update for anyone with the issue, its caused by the curved edges of the screen. You can either go on the galaxy store and get an app to stop this or buy a case that mostly covers the edges. I have a Spigen Tough Armor and I haven't had the issue since. Hope this helps.

I got my replacement phone, and it has the same exact issue... I gave up on this and told samsung/asurion to refund everything and take back both phones. Samsung would not admit a display/edge/keyboard issue or if they were working on any kind of fix. Extremely disappointing for such a high end device. Back to apple for me.

Since you're sending both phones back, my question is academic.

Did you remove the factory installed screen protector or not?

I'm now on my second Note 20 Ultra, I returned my first one because Vodafone offered a price that was €215 less than that of Samsung.

I had no issues regarding typing with either phone though I removed both factory installed screens.
