Are you hooking upto Home Broadband Wi-Fi ?
Are other devices experiencing decent speeds.
It might be worth checking on your router hone page to see if your phone is hooking up to 2.4ghz or 5ghz.
Try forgetting the network and split your router frequencies and choose 2.4ghz and then 5ghz to see of that makes a difference.
Mine connects to 5ghz.
My speeds can fluctuate due to how Wi-Fi typically behaves and on what type of Home Broadband a person is on.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesMight be worth having the phone checked by a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre if this is happening with all Wi-Fi connections wether it be Home Broadband Wi-Fi, a friends or Coffee shop connections etc @bernybernyberny

Since the upgrade my battery runs out in a remember of hours for help, my complete smartphone gets without a doubt heat and it appears to glitch when using positive apps.
