Note 20 not updating to Android 12

Hi all. Still having an issue getting my device updated to Android 12. Can anyone share a way I can manually do this safetly

Have you tried using Smart Switch for PC?: https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-switch/

If an update is available for your phone, once you connect it to your PC/laptop, you'll be prompted to download the latest update.

Have tried everything. Apparently the device is an Argentina device, but I am on o2 in the UK.

Oh, that is very strange, @Bigbro69. If your phone was supplied by O2, I'd recommend reaching out to its Support Team to establish why it is showing up as a non-UK device.

Please let us know what you are advised by O2.
