I just recieved my note 20 from pre ordering and I tried to claim the free gift where at the end it said I should have been sent a verification email   , I did not receive any email meaning I don't think I will know if my claim gets accepted

the same happened to me, around 8 hours later I got a text message and email saying my claim had been received

how do I claim the earbuds, note 20 ultra came today and cant find link to claim only to buy buds, it's like they are making it hard to claim
