Galaxy Note20 SeriesI am trying to use the Windows 10 Phone Companion (the "Your Phone" windows app) to make calls on my Note 20 5G.
The Wifi connection to the phone is working well allowing me to mirror the phone screen to my Laptop.
But the Your Phone setup for allowing calls to be made won't complete giving me an error setting up the bluetooth connection.
I can't set up a bluetooth connection manually either.
The pairing is successful and the phone/laptop show as paired on both devices, but despite being paired it won't successfully connect.
I know how to configure and use bluetooth.
Bluetooth on the laptop is working correctly for headphones and mouse.
Bluetooth on the phone is working for galaxy Watch3 and for galaxy buds.
This seems to be a problem specific to the Note 20 to Laptop bluetooth connection mode required to make phone calls.
Is there some permissions issue or something else which might be causing the problem?
, but I cannot get the bluetooth connection for calls

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI have managed to fix the problem.
I was getting this message:
The laptop is a Dell with the "Dell Mobile Connect" app and drivers installed.
I uninstalled the Dell Mobile Connect app and drivers.
The Your Phone app "Calls" function and bluetooth connection function now works correctly.
