There is something amiss for you here JamesB. My wife and I are both living in the UK and are with EE and are both on Android 11 and One Ui version 3.1 and she has a Note 10 and I have a S21 Ultra. She received android 11 a few months ago and so should you have. Your Note 20 is the flagship Note and should be running the top notch software it deserves. I would take it into an EE shop for them to update the phone for you or at least phone them first and see if they can help you over the phone. Good luck JamesB. 👍 👍
