In that case currently the update hasn't been pushed out for your phone's serial and build number yet.
You could try a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for support.
Or look at sites such as sammobile.com or xdadevelopers.com but to be honest personally I wouldn't try to force the update onto my phone.
