I've read another post where the person is saying pretty much the same.
Your going to need to raise a complaint ticket with Samsung either by calling their Online Sales Team and or send them an email.

Those "NAR" posts are something users shouldn't be getting notifications for. Nothing all that exciting, it's just literally Moderators letting other Moderators know they've reviewed some stuff in an area that's only accessible to Moderators. You're seeing them 'cos there's a glitch in the Members app. (Which I've fed back to the people at our end, along with a looooooooooong list of other stuff.)
Definitely not looking to censor or ban you or anyone else for giving honest feedback on Samsung stuff. Pretty much a big part of what this place is for. And if you can mix that with a bit of humour, that's quite good IMO. (All the better if I'm reading it as coming from Shatner BTW. )
