Hello, recently since the new update of the software of my samsung note 20 ultra. I been having some network connection issues for example I loose the signal in my house and it shows the not signal symbol. Also my phone kind of lags by just surfing through facebook and that. I don't know if the new software is the problem or the hardware.

I have the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in the United States on the Verizon Wireless network. I have been experiencing the same issues as the S21 Ultra users. I have been through every conceivable troubleshooting step with Verizon & Samsung. Samsung eventually replaced my phone after no resolution. I have received info from an authorized repair center and the Verizon store about a band aid fix called the Samsung Band app. However as many other users have mentioned the problem lies in the phones ability to connect to the 5G network. If I lock onto an LTE 4G network, I do not experience dropped calls or network connectivity issues as long as I'm locked to a 4G LTE only network. However this presents an issue as speeds are much slower. My wife has the Galaxy S20 FE 5G on Verizon and her phone has no issues with dropping calls or network connection. It's crazy that Samsung's top of the line phone that costs over $2000 is worse than a phone my wife paid $400 for. I have called Samsung multiple times since my replacement device was sent out and they keep telling me they will call me back offer a resolution ect. However nothing has been done yet. I am ready to give up this overpriced piece of junk and go back to my Note that I've used for so long.
I been having the same issue since Friday and I just left my carrier store after I leve it finally worked changing the sim card but now it's acting the same on and off and I'm only allow too make emergency calls. Can someone help me?
I ended up sending my Galaxy Z fold 2 back to Samsung for a full refund after many attempts to get it fixed. Samsung even sent me a replacement device and it was still having the same issues. This issue is on Samsungs devices and I don't believe it will be fixed until they update the Android software which will probably happen sometime after the release of the Z fold three.
There doesn't seem to be a fix for it yet. I will set a new device by Samsung and the new device still had the same issues. I sent that device back for full refund. I don't expect this problem will get fixed until the new version of Android operating software is released. I expect that sometime around the first of September.
I am having the same issues...I updated on 22nd of August..till now no network in my phone...my sim works in all other handsets but now in my note 20 ultra
I also have mobile network connection problems with my Note 20 Ultra 5G. I already sent this phone back to repair with this problem TWICE. Each time there were some improvements after "repair", but the problem still remains. This was my last Samsung phone!
